Customer health score calculator
Score each of six signals from 0 to 100 and the calculator applies standard weights to produce one overall health score — with a breakdown showing exactly which signal is dragging the number down.
Runs entirely in your browser — real, deterministic math. Nothing is uploaded, stored or sent anywhere.
Score each signal 0–100
Move the sliders to match how a customer is doing. Weights sum to 100% and reflect what predicts retention in most B2B books.
Sliders only — nothing leaves your browser. ClientTell scores every account automatically from satisfaction, engagement, sentiment and support data.

Why a single health number works
Account managers hold paragraphs about their accounts in their heads; health scores compress them into numbers that can be sorted, trended and alerted on. The trend is the signal — the number is just the scoreboard.
One list, sorted by risk
With two hundred accounts, attention goes where the score says it should — not where the loudest voice or the freshest memory points. The bottom 20% holds most of the churn.
The recipe must be visible
A score nobody can decompose is a score nobody trusts. Showing which signal moved — and by how much — turns the number into a conversation about causes, not arguments about the score.
Act on the band, watch the trend
Bands trigger actions: at-risk gets a call this week, healthy gets watched for drift. A declining trend inside the healthy band matters more than the level itself.
